About CryptoStuffConverter
We make crypto purchasing power tangible and understandable.
What We Do
CryptoStuffConverter is a free online tool that converts cryptocurrency prices into everyday items — bread, gas, rent, coffee, cars, and 180+ more. Instead of looking at a price in dollars and wondering "is that a lot?", we help you understand what your crypto is actually worth in terms of real things you buy every day.
We support 200+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Solana, and more, with live prices updated every hour from CoinGecko. Item prices are sourced from the USDA, Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), EIA, and retail data — updated monthly to reflect current US averages.
Our Mission
The crypto space is full of abstract numbers. "Bitcoin is at $70,000" — but what does that mean to a normal person? CryptoStuffConverter exists to bridge that gap. We believe that understanding purchasing power in terms of real-world goods is the clearest way to understand what any currency — crypto or otherwise — is actually worth.
We also track how that purchasing power changes over time. The Crypto Basket Index (CBI) and Purchasing Power charts show whether your crypto is buying more or less over time — the true measure of value.
